This patient presented with concerns about breast deflation after nursing her 2 children. Bra size was 34C. Her goals with breast augmentation was a large D. Mentor MemoryShape Gummy Bear Anatomic (tear drop) shaped implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this breast enhancement surgery. This patient was very athletic and it was important that her chest muscles remained fully functional after breast augmentation. Therefore, her 395 cc Tall Height Moderate Plus profile anatomic breast implants were placed on top of the pectoralis muscles in a subfascial pockets. She is still able to exercise without any limitations. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 36B to 36DD.
