This patient had constricted breasts which appeared saggy due to high inframammary folds. Her folds were dropped to address the breast constriction and 440cc Medium Height High Profile Tear Drop Shaped Gummy Bear breast implant were placed multiplane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 34B to 34DD/DDD while improving the shape of her breasts and the position of her nipples. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 4 months after her surgery.
