This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using silicone implants placed by Sacramento area plastic surgeon over 25 years ago through armpit incisions. In recent years she was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She felt that both breast implant were too high and full in the upper half of the breasts. She also disliked the movement in her breasts when she flexed her chest muscles (animation deformities). She consulted with Dr. Gregory Park and chose him to perform her revision breast augmentation. Dr. Park removed her old implants and created new subfascial pockets for her new implants. She now has 445cc Tall Height Moderate Plus Mentor MemoryShape anatomic (tear drop) silicone breast implants. The new gummy bear implants in her new pockets provided her with better shape and no animation deformities when she flexed her chest muscles. Her before and after photos show her revision breast augmentation results 2 months after her surgery. Her bra size changed from 36C to 36D.
