This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 270 cc saline implants in another town about 19 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her explant and breast lift. The patient did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts were too large and saggy. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants and have her breasts lifted. Her implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 11 months after her surgery. Size prior to surgery was 36D. Patient says that she is now wearing a 36B/C.
