Pre-Op Cup Size: 34C.
Post-Op Cup Size: 34A.
Doctor’s Comments:
Patient had a history of breast augmentation using saline implants, placed 5 years prior to consulting with Dr. Park. Her breast implants were under the muscle and placed through Transaxillary (arm pit) incisions. Size of the implants were 330 and 350 cc. Her bra size was 34C with the implants. Size prior to surgery was A/B. Patient said that she was a side sleeper and she reported that the implants were uncomfortable and got in the way while trying to sleep. She had her implants removed and was happy with her decision to explant. Her postoperative bra size was a 34A bra. She reported that she was sleeping without any discomfort now. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after removal of her implants.
