Post-Op Cup Size: 34B.
Doctor’s Comments
Patient concerned about breast implant illness symptoms. She complained of chronic fatigue and migraines. Also complained of chronic burning in the left breast after her most recent augmentation. Lab studies were normal. She said that she slouched due to the heaviness/size of her implants. Patient had a history of three breast augmentation using silicone implants in the past. Most recent surgery was 2 years prior to meeting Dr. Park. Her implants were under the muscle and placed through through periareolar incisions. Size of the implants were Allergan smooth silicone 750 cc. Bra size was 34 DDD. Patient decided to undergo explant/total capsulectomy, and breast lift.
Dr. Park performed an En Bloc total capsulectomy with removal of her implants and breast lift using wise pattern/anchor type of incisions. The patient reported resolution of her left breast pain and chronic fatigue. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery.
