This patient had undergone 3 breast augmentations in the past. Her current set of 375 cc silicone breast implants were placed 20 years ago. She did not like the malposition of the implants. She decided to undergo bilateral explant (breast implant removal) and total capsulectomy (En Bloc Capsulectomy). After surgery her breasts returned to her pre-augmentation size and shape, 36C to 36A. Her before and after photos show her 3 month postoperative results.
