This patient wanted to improve the appearance of her deflated breasts after nursing her child. Mentor MemoryShape Anatomic Textured silicone breast implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, San Diego area plastic surgeon, for this patient’s breast enhancement surgery. 330cc Medium Moderate Plus Tear Drop Shaped Gummy Bear breast implants were placed in multiplane plane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 34A to 34D. Because the patient weight lifted routinely, multiplane pockets were used instead of standard submuscular pockets to minimize loss in functional strength and flexion deformities in her pectoralis muscles. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 4 months after her surgery.
