Elizabeth is the Practice Manager at North Coast Plastic Surgery. She has more than 20 years of experience as a registered nurse. She started her career in the U.S. Air Force working as a Labor and Delivery and Post-Partum nurse while stationed at Altus AFB in Oklahoma. She continued her military career in the Nursing Corp while stationed at RAF Lakenheath in England. As her career progressed she worked as an L&D nurse and managed the staff nurses at the 1st Medical Group Hospital at Langley AFB in Virginia. She moved with her family to San Antonio, TX and resigned her Air Force commission, but continued to work as an L&D nurse in the private sector.
Elizabeth used the knowledge and leadership skills she obtained while caring for mothers and their newborns in the military and civilian sector to later work with students and their families as a school nurse.
Today, Elizabeth manages every aspect of North Coast Plastic Surgery and truly enjoys working closely with our patients throughout their experience here. She is an exceptionally valuable member of Dr. Park’s team and is singularly focused on enhancing your experience.
Sarah is our licensed Aesthetician certified by the California Board of Cosmetology. She graduated from the “Harvard” of beauty schools, Bellus Academy. At North Coast Plastic Surgery in North County San Diego, Sarah works closely with one of San Diego’s highly acclaimed Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Gregory Park, and uses non-surgical techniques to help clients achieve healthy skin. She specializes in correcting common skin conditions associated with acne and pigment disorders. Her emphasis is on the treatment of acne and anti aging with the use of chemical peels. Her goal is to give her clients the knowledge they need to keep their skin healthy, vibrant and looking young. She has an array of techniques and hand-selected products proven to revitalize the skin.

Sarah has worked as a nurse for more than 10 years, ranging from working in the ICU, to the nonprofit/humanitarian medical sector, to aesthetic nursing. She holds degrees in nursing from Glendale College and Crown College, as well as multiple training certificates in various fields of nursing including Botox and dermal fillers. Fun Facts: Sarah was a contestant in the TV show “Fear Factor.” She speaks fluent Thai after living in Thailand with her husband and children during their missionary/humanitarian tour. Sarah loves to travel and has been to over 25 countries.
